1. Free Counseling Services - No Refund Applicable

Click 2 Degree provides the following services completely FREE OF COST to students:

• Admission guidance and career counseling
• University and program information
• Application and documentation assistance
• University comparison and fee structure details
• Scholarship information and guidance
• Follow-up support and communication

Since we do not charge any fees for these services, there are no refunds applicable. Students are not required to make any payments to Click 2 Degree for admission guidance services.

2. Important: No Payments to Click 2 Degree

Click 2 Degree does NOT collect any payments from students for counseling, guidance, or admission-related services. If anyone claiming to represent Click 2 Degree asks for payment from you, please do not make the payment and report it immediately to guidance@click2degree.com.

3. University Fee Payments

Any payments made directly to universities (including but not limited to application fees, registration fees, tuition fees, examination fees, hostel fees, or any other institutional charges) are governed solely by the respective university's refund policy. Click 2 Degree:

• Has no control over university fee refunds
• Is not a party to any payment transaction between students and universities
• Accepts no liability for university fee refunds, delays, or denials

Students are advised to carefully review the refund policy of each university before making any fee payments. Click 2 Degree recommends that students make payments only through official university channels and obtain receipts.

4. Future Paid Services (If Introduced)

Click 2 Degree may, in the future, introduce optional paid value-added services such as:

• Premium personalized counseling packages
• Mock interview preparation sessions
• Comprehensive application review services
• Education loan assistance

If and when such paid services are introduced:

• A separate, detailed refund policy will be published specifically for those services
• The policy will clearly state refund eligibility, timelines, and procedures
• Users will be required to explicitly agree to the paid service terms before any payment
• All payments will be processed through secure, verifiable payment gateways

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Since Click 2 Degree does not process any payments from students for counseling services, chargeback situations do not arise. However, if any erroneous charge is ever processed (due to technical error or fraud), please contact us immediately at guidance@click2degree.com for resolution.

6. Third-Party Payment Processors

Any future paid services, if introduced, may be processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal). These processors have their own refund policies and terms. Click 2 Degree will facilitate refunds in accordance with the specific service terms displayed at the time of purchase.

7. No Cancellation Fees

Students using our free counseling services may discontinue using our services at any time without any cancellation fees or penalties. Simply inform your counselor that you wish to discontinue, and we will cease communications.
